As former Director of Legal Services for Surgical Eyes, a non-profit foundation dedicated to serving the needs of those harmed by refractive eye surgery, Mr. Keith has had a first hand opportunity to witness the devastation that can occur from laser eye surgery even when the surgeon tells you that by the numbers (20/20, 20/40, etc.) you are a success. Admitted to practice in New York in 1978. Also admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York,  the District of Columbia and The Supreme Court of the United States of America. A graduate of New York Law School. Member American Trial Lawyers Association.

Admitted to practice in New York in 1994. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. National lecturer for American Trial Lawyers Association on the topic of refractive surgery medical malpractice. Adjunct Professor of Law, Hofstra University Law School. Graduate of Hofstra University Law School.

Gray & Black Richard Benson 

Admitted to practice in New York 1978. Also admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Past President of Criminal Courts bar Association, Queens County, Graduate of Howard University Law School.
